The playable characters are SpongeBob, Patrick, Squidward, Sandy, Mr. For a short period the player can enter superhero mode that makes the characters stronger. While exploring a 3D platform environment, the characters must fight enemies (like lollipops, robots and squidasaurus), solve puzzles and collect coins and health. First they think it is the work of Planktons, but then Bubbles, the Talking Dolphin, appears and explains that someone is using a page from a magic book to make these weird things happen. Krabs, and Plankton are attacked by burger and spatulas monsters.
